I led the Content & Curation team at Degreed as Engineering Manager. This is a pointer to a couple of the features we built — the kind of work that lives behind a login, so rather than recreate it here I’m linking to the write-ups my designer, Khalid, put together from a design perspective.

Pathways

Pathways let people curate a learning experience — not just a pile of links, but an ordered, guided path through content. The goal was to make learning feel like a journey with a clear next step, and that focus paid off in higher completion rates for the learners who followed them.

Live Events

Live Events turned out to be unexpectedly timely. When COVID shut everything down and the world moved virtual overnight, Live Events gave people a streamlined place to discover and join virtual events — exactly the moment that capability mattered most.
